WHEN LEADERS LEAD POSTPONED

​It’s with regret we’re writing to let you know that this year's When Leaders Lead conference has been postponed.
 
Just this afternoon we received news that the County of Riverside has now mandated the cancellations of any meeting involving more than 250 people (link).  It was our sincere hope the conference would take place, but in light of the new directive we feel obligated to comply. 
 
Needless to say, we’re disappointed but confident this is the right decision so as not to endanger the health of the hundreds of women expected this weekend.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and hope to reschedule this conference some time later in the year. 
 
We will be issuing refunds automatically within the next 7 - 10 business days. If you would like to donate your registration payment to offset the incurred expenses of the conference please use the below link.

For those who may have donated your registration payment earlier in the day, there is no action needed.

Welcome to our 10th annual When Leaders Lead Women’s Conference! This conference offers an opportunity for you will be refreshed, restored, and renewed to lead and serve God with passion and purpose. We will have powerful and insightful Bible teaching, as well as workshops that will equip you to move forward to fulfill God’s call on your life. This year our theme is "VISION!" taken from Habakkuk 2:2: Write the vision and make it plain…that [she] may run who reads it! We want you to be equipped to run in this spiritual race! It is our prayer that every word spoken would allow you to see Jesus more clearly, deepen your love for Him, and equip you to share His love with the world around you.

CHRYSTAL EVANS HURST

CHERYL BRODERSEN

CHERYL has been passionately encouraging women from the Scriptures for over thirty years through women’s Bible study. She is the author of many books and Bible studies, including her latest release, A Woman’s Battle for Grace. Cheryl is the wife of Brian Brodersen, senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. They have four children and five amazing grandchildren.

ANTHONY EVANS

For more than a decade, ANTHONY has voiced the Gospel with such a melodic, thought-provoking style that he has emerged as one of Christian Music’s premiere male vocalists, songwriters, and worship leaders. His time in Los Angeles with NBC’s hit show The Voice led him to think more progressively about his music--without compromising his faith and message. Anthony wants to speak in terms that connect with people spiritually, no matter where they are at in their faith journey. With eight solo projects, multiple music videos, an author to his first book titled Unexpected Places along with inspirational literary collaborations with beloved pastor and international speaker Dr. Tony Evans and author and speaker Priscilla Shirer, Anthony has vibrated the doors of the church and ventured beyond. ​

SHANNON QUINTANA

SHANNON is a worship leader at Refuge Calvary Chapel, and also frequently leads worship at various churches, conferences and events around the world. Shannon has been singing as long as she can remember. She started playing piano and guitar after being shown a few chords by her father when she was a preteen. By the time she entered high school, she was singing on the worship team at church and eventually began leading a worship team. Shannon is the wife of Jessie, and together they have 2 beautiful daughters who share their mother’s gift of music.

WHAT IS WHEN LEADERS LEAD?

When leaders lead in Israel, when the people willingly offer themselves, bless the LORD!  -Judges 5:2

The When Leaders Lead Conference is for women of all ages who desire to serve or already serve in the home, church or workplace. The name of this conference is taken from a phrase in the song of Deborah in Judges 5 where God raised her up as a “mother in Israel.” She willingly stepped out in obedience to lead and inspire others to walk in God’s call. Our desire for those who attend this conference is that they would be inspired to lead and serve, and walk in His call with JOY! We pray and plan all year for this conference and look forward with expectancy to all that God has in store for you as you come away to hear from Him. 

I love the uniquely different When Leaders Lead Women's Leadership Conference! There is enthusiastic, over-the-top joy as we gather to bless God in worship and fellowship, and be encouraged, equipped, and empowered to be used by God to bless others. I can't wait to see how God is going to outdo Himself this year in getting Himself the glory!
