Please note, we are not able to accommodate special dietary needs other than vegetarian. Our facility is neither set up nor staffed to facilitate special menus for the many varieties of dietary needs. However, our kitchen staff understands there is a growing demand in this area and is willing to discuss possibilities to allow you a pleasant experience during your stay. Our retreat menu is designed to be largely gluten and nut free, with little dairy.
