Who Can Attend?
Women of all ages are welcome. We only ask that you use your discretion when bringing younger teens. We do have a very full schedule with Bible studies and teaching throughout the weekend.
When and where do I check-in?
We welcome you to check-in on Friday beginning at 3:00 pm in the Hospitality Room (near the main lobby/dining room). Check-in will be open before and after the session on Friday if you are unable to arrive earlier. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm in the dining hall. The first session begins at 7:30 pm in the main auditorium. If you're arriving on Saturday, you may check-in as early as 7:30 am in the main lobby. The conference concludes with our last session around noon on Sunday. Sunday lunch will not be provided
Can I just come for the day on Saturday?
Yes! This is a special option we offer for the When Leaders Lead Conference. When you register, just select the “Conference + Saturday Box Lunch” option, and you will receive all materials, access into all of the main sessions and workshops throughout the entire weekend, and a special box lunch on Saturday served on the patio
I live nearby, CAN I ROOM OFFSITE?
Yes! This is another special option we offer for the When Leaders Lead Conference. When you register, just select the “Conference + Meals” option. You will receive all materials, access into all of the main sessions and workshops, and all meals in the dining hall. You can also use this option and stay in a local hotel. Lodging is not included in this option
Do I have to attend all the workshop sessions?
This is your conference. We want you to be equipped, but also refreshed by your time away. So the choice is completely yours. Come and go with joy
Can I bring my baby?
Nursing moms, you are welcome to come for the day and bring your baby. We would just ask that you please be sensitive to those around you and sit toward the back in case you need to leave to quiet your baby. To enjoy this option, please register for “Conference + Saturday Box Lunch” option; this option gives you access to all main sessions and workshops throughout the weekend, as well as all conference materials. Due to the size of this conference and rooming arrangements with other women, we are not able to accommodate any babies or children for overnight lodging
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Parking is free in the lots surrounding the conference center. There is parking near your lodge as well as the auditorium where we meet for the main sessions
WILL I HAVE TO WALK FAR AROUND THE CAMPUS?
The Murrieta Hot Springs Conference Center is located on sprawling grounds, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! If you need any assistance getting from your lodge to the dining hall or meeting auditorium, there are helpful staff members with carts available to transport you wherever you need to go. Just dial “0” on your lobby phone and ask
WHAT MEALS ARE PROVIDED?
For those registered with meals, the conference kicks off with dinner the first night, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. The complete menu will be posted once it is available. We love our conference center chefs and staff! They work so hard to make everything delicious and special. All meals are served family style.
I’M GLUTEN-FREE. WHAT CAN I EAT?
Our current menu is designed with you in mind and is largely gluten and nut free, with little dairy. We like to say it is “gluten-friendly” because we serve lots of salads and usually a main protein without gluten added. However, we cannot guarantee that it is completely gluten free.
WILL I BE ROOMING WITH OTHER LADIES?
Yes. Our lodges have rooms that sleep 6 ladies. Due to the size of this conference, we will be filling each room with 5-6 ladies. We do our best to accommodate the requests for roommates made at registration. It really helps our registrar if each roommate request matches up with one another. If the requests don’t match, we will accommodate at least one request. We put a lot of time and prayer into assigning rooms, so thanks for being gracious.
If you require a 2-person room, please check the box on your registration for double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $30 per person for this option.
I HAVE SOME PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS.
We would be happy to accommodate you as best we are able. If you need assistance getting around the campus, just pick up a phone in your lodge and we will have cheerful staff member to pick you up in a cart.
